Green Fig Resort & Spa is a 30-room resort in Soufrière, Saint Lucia, with a spa and its own restaurant, Saltfish Restaurant & Bar. We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead food and beverage across the resort.
What you'll do
- Run the day-to-day restaurant and bar operation
- Lead, schedule and train the food and beverage team
- Keep service, food safety and hygiene standards high
- Manage stock, ordering, suppliers and costs
- Work with the kitchen on menus, pricing and events
- Report on sales and costs to the General Manager
What they're looking for
- Experience managing a restaurant, bar or hotel food and beverage department
- A record of leading and training teams
- Confident with budgets, stock control and staff schedules
- Excellent spoken and written English
