Green Fig Resort & Spa is a 30-room resort in Soufrière, Saint Lucia, with a spa and its own restaurant, Saltfish Restaurant & Bar. We're looking for a warm, organised Front Desk Agent to be the first person our guests meet.
What you'll do
- Check guests in and out, and take payments
- Take reservations and answer questions by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Help guests book the spa, dinner at Saltfish, tours and transport
- Keep reservations and guest details up to date in our booking system
- Pass guest requests to housekeeping and maintenance, and follow up
What they're looking for
- Front desk or guest service experience in a hotel or resort
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable with computers and with cash and card payments
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
